How quickly can I receive my files?

To ensure you receive your video and audio files right away, please bring a high-capacity, fast-transfer flash drive or external hard drive to your recording session.

If you don’t have a suitable device with you, no problem — you can choose one of the following options:

1. Purchase a compatible flash drive from Sharecast Studios for $50.

1. Receive your files via WeTransfer within 72 hours of your session.

Please note: If no appropriate storage device is provided at the time of recording, same-day file delivery may not be possible.

Why would I need further editing?

Accepted Answer

While the 'live' cut will satisfy most, we like to offer additional editing services so that your podcast can be as polished as possible.

Will I receive all audio and video files separately?

Accepted Answer

Typically, no. However, we can record all cameras and microphones individually for even more in-depth editing if a project requires it.  To receive your video and audio files right away, please bring a high-capacity, fast-transfer flash drive or external hard drive to your recording session.

No, 90 minutes is our minimum standard block.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance. No refunds will be provided for missed appointments or cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled time.
