To ensure you receive your video and audio files right away, please bring a high-capacity, fast-transfer flash drive or external hard drive to your recording session.

If you don’t have a suitable device with you, no problem — you can choose one of the following options:

1. Purchase a compatible flash drive from Sharecast Studios for $50.

1. Receive your files via WeTransfer within 72 hours of your session.

Please note: If no appropriate storage device is provided at the time of recording, same-day file delivery may not be possible.

While the 'live' cut will satisfy most, we like to offer additional editing services so that your podcast can be as polished as possible.

Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance. No refunds will be provided for missed appointments or cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled time.
